Kern County DEIR for TMV Released

Lebec, Calif. (May 27th, 2009) - The proposed Tejon Mountain Village (TMV) resort community reached an important milestone Wednesday with Kern County's release of a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR). The DEIR was prepared by the County to study the environmental impacts of the proposed TMV community in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. TMV is located 40 miles south of Bakersfield, east of the I-5 and the community of Lebec.

Tejon Mountain Village Files Modifications to 2005 Development Application

Thursday, June 26, 2008 (Updated July 15, 2008) - The planning team for Tejon Mountain Village filed amendments to the existing Tejon Mountain Village development application on June 26, reflecting changes brought about through continuing scientific studies and the recently announced Tejon Ranch Conservation & Land Use Agreement. The amendments were filed with the Kern County Planning Department and modify the application submitted by Tejon Ranch in mid-2005.
