Tejon Mountain Village is designed to offer the amenities of a remarkable destination resort community set against the backdrop of Tejon Ranch, one of California’s most historic ranchos. These amenities will help further establish the Mountain Communities as the gateway to Kern County.

• Golf: Two beautiful, challenging and environmentally sensitive golf courses will wind through parts of the community. 
• Trails: Approximately 75 miles of trails will accommodate equestrian, hiking and biking uses. Most of the trails will be created from existing ranch roads to protect natural areas.
• Commercial Area: Approximately 160,000 square feet of new commercial areas will provide convenience to both future and local residents, with new shopping and dining opportunities.
• Equestrian Facilities: TMV will retain Tejon Ranch’s long-time equestrian lifestyle. The community is planned to include equestrian facilities and the trail system will provide extensive equestrian opportunities. 
• Ranch Lifestyle: The ranching lifestyle will also be preserved by the community's design, and cattle grazing will continue within the preserved open space of the community. 
• Resort Amenities: This resort community is proposed to include up to 750 hotel rooms and various resort-style amenities, such as shops and restaurants.
